Providing Public Comment During the Meeting
Members of the public who wish to address the Council, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the Civic Center Council Chambers at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, where the meeting is being publicly held. As an alternative, members may also provide written public comment submitted via email to: towncouncil@townofwindsor.ca.gov, please submit them by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. If a Councilmember is participating remotely under the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449, members of the public will be allowed to provide public comment through Zoom.

Members of the public wishing to speak to the Council on any Consent Calendar item or any item not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council is not allowed to consider issues or take action on any item not listed on the agenda during this period. Each Public Comment is normally restricted to three (3) minutes in length.

Adopt an Urgency Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Windsor making findings and extending the temporary moratorium on the establishment of new and expansion or relocation of existing personal storage facilities within the Town of Windsor for a period of ten (10) months and fifteen (15) days, to become effective immediately.
Appeal of Planning Commission's Approval of the Quail Acres Project
Adopt a resolution denying the appeals and upholding Planning Commission's approval of a 301-Lot Tentative Subdivision Map and Affordable Housing Waivers for the Quail Acres Project, Reservation of Growth Control Allocations and adopting a mitigation and monitoring and reporting program.

Allocate Funding to Non-Profit Organizations for Fiscal Year 2025-2026
